To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hp777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hp777 platform, including but not limited to:

hp777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hp777 makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Either party may terminate the player account at any time. Players who wish to close their hp777 account may do so by contacting hp777 support via live chat. Any remaining balance in a closed account — after deduction of any applicable bonus obligations — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that KYC verification has been completed.

hp777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account with immediate effect, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
